The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has begun a rotating postal service disruption.
The team here at Rabbex has been preparing for possible strike action and are ready to handle the influx of deliveries. As a valued client, we wanted to provide you with some tips to minimize any disruption to your business.
- Plan ahead: if you have an upcoming delivery or have regular reoccurring deliveries, please place the order as early as possible to make sure your desired delivery deadline can be accommodated.
- Ensure you receive your necessary supplies: inform any vendors who are shipping supplies to your business that they may qualify for a Rabbex account. As a valued client we can fast-track the account set up for any company you recommend, and ensure that you receive the items required to keep your business running smoothly.
- Payment options: when paying your Rabbex invoices please do not place any payments in the mail. We accept credit card payments over the phone or online, along with EFT, and etranfers. Alternatively, you can send your payment with the next Rabbex delivery driver or you can order a Rabbex cheque pick-up (a $5.00 fee will apply).
